Founded in 2022 by Sarah Rowley, P.E., we specialize in grant consulting and compliance support for Georgia’s local governments and small water systems. Our mission is simple: help communities secure the funding and guidance they need to build reliable infrastructure and stronger communities.
What We Do
With over 20 years of engineering and grant experience, our team has helped communities across Georgia secure millions in infrastructure, community facility, and economic development funding. We guild local leaders through every step of the process, from project identification and funding strategy to application, administration, and compliance with programs like CDBG, OneGeorgia, GEFA-SRF, CPF-STAG, and more.
